Sole Proprietorship & Original Authorship
All codebases, designs, trademarks, graphic user interfaces, compiled APK binaries, and documentation published under the Alumungandr banner are the exclusive intellectual property of David Anthony Jones ("Alu").
Permitted End-User License Scope
End users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to utilize the web utilities (including the Internet Speed Test and Invoice Generator) and install provided APK packages on personal hardware.
- Invoices generated via the Invoice Studio are the sole legal property of the user who authored them. Alumungandr claims zero royalty or title to documents produced.
- Public speed test telemetry may be benchmarked and shared via canonical permalinks without restriction.
Prohibitions on Decompilation & Imitation
Except where explicitly permitted by mandatory applicable law, users and corporate entities shall not:
omnihost.apk, galaxsee.apk, and suechef.apk);(b) Remove or modify copyright, trademark, or author watermarks bearing the name of David Anthony Jones or Alumungandr;
(c) Re-host, repackage, or distribute modified clones of these services without prior written commercial licensing.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE, AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR FREEDOM FROM TRANSMISSION DELAYS.
In no event shall David Anthony Jones or Alumungandr be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from connection dropouts during speed testing or document drafting discrepancies.
Enterprise & Commercial Licensing
Organizations seeking to embed OmniHost server architectures, deploy multi-tenant speed test probes, or white-label Alumungandr applications must execute a formal Commercial Master License Agreement.

Governing Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
This Charter and any controversy arising from platform use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States and international intellectual property conventions, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
